This smoothie is positively bursting with antioxidants. Sipping on this for breakfast provides sustaining energy, while the fat and protein from the almond butter and chia seeds help keep you full.


1.5 frozen bananas
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup Welch’s Frozen Blueberries
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice


BLEND all ingredients.
