While we love our smoothies through a straw, sometimes we want to sit and enjoy it with a spoon!
- 1/2 cup Welch’s Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Welch’s Blueberry Fusion Blend
- 6 ounces of yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk or Welch’s 100% Grape Juice (to taste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
- Add fruits, milk and yogurt to the blender, and blend until smooth and thick.
- Transfer the blend to a bowl and garnish with additional fruit, coconut, and chia seeds.
