No spare time in the morning? No problem! Prep these oats the night before and wake up to a heart healthy breakfast that’ll get you going.
Grape Juice Compote
2 cups Welch’s frozen blueberries
¼ cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ⅓ cups large-flake rolled oats
1 ¼ cups almond milk
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1. Grape Juice Compote: Heat Welch’s frozen blueberries, grape juice and lemon juice in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
2. In glass bowl, stir oats with almond milk, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight.
3. In morning, divide oats between dishes. Top with Grape Juice Compote.
